Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Orders under 2kg are usually shipped using Royal Mail services. Larger items may be shipped via Royal Mail or a mainstream courier service depending on the size and delivery location. Available delivery options will be shown during checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all standard in-stock items within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Please note that some items listed on our website are supplied to order from our UK or European distributors. These items may require additional processing time before dispatch. Where possible, stock availability is shown on the product page.

Estimated stock status:

  • 🟢 In Stock – Available for normal dispatch

  • 🟠 Low Stock – Limited availability

  • 🔴 Available to Order – Currently out of stock but available on backorder from suppliers

If an item is expected to have an extended lead time, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided for all tracked delivery services once your order has been dispatched.
