🚀 Revving Up: New Additions to the HealTech CESE Module Line-Up

Hey gearheads and track-day warriors! 🔧 Are you ready to push your bike’s performance boundaries even further? We’re stoked to announce that the HealTech CESE (Controlled Electronic Suspension Eliminator) range in our store has just grown — with new modules now available to help you fine-tune your ride, eliminate pesky error codes, and simplify track conversions. 🏁

If you haven’t yet explored CESE modules, here’s a quick refresher — and what these new additions bring to the table.

What Is a HealTech CESE Module? 🤔

Modern sportbikes often come with electronic suspension systems (also called “mechatronic” suspension) controlled by the ECU. While great in stock settings, when you want to convert your bike to a pure track or race machine — or remove the electronic suspension parts for weight savings or easier tuning — the ECU will usually throw FI error codes when those parts go offline.

🔧 New CESE Module Additions You’ll Love

Here are some of the fresh CESE modules now available in our line-up. (Each variant has specific bike compatibility — always double-check before ordering!)

KTM 1290

Moto Guzzi V1000S

Yamaha MT-09

Honda CBR1000RR-R SP

These new modules expand the reach of CESE support to more bikes — especially those with advanced suspension electronics from Ducati, Aprilia, and other high-end OEM systems.

Tips for Customers & Installation Know-How

  • Match the right CESE version to your bike. Use HealTech’s product advisor or compatibility charts — picking the wrong module could lead to faults or no effect.
  • One module per electronic unit, in many cases. Some bikes have multiple actuators (fork + shock) so you may need several modules.
  • Keep packaging & connectors safe — as they might be needed again if you revert to full electronic suspension later.
  • Test off-track first — ensure no error codes or odd behavior before full track exposure.
  • Label cables & wiring during removal for cleaner reinstallation later.

🚨 Note: For Off-Road / Track Use Only

HealTech and many CESE module descriptions (including ours) warn that disabling the electronic suspension may be intended for race / track / off-road use only. Always check regulations, and be aware that full street legality can vary
