Returns & Refunds Policy

At Averys Motorcycles we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Returning an Item

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return most unused items within 30 days of receiving their order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included

  • The item must not have been fitted, installed or used

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

  • No final sale items

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

EU Right of withdrawal

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal: If your order is delivered to a consumer within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible. Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed within the timescales required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including:

  • Helmet interiors or protective inserts

  • Electrical components that have been fitted

  • Special order or made-to-order items

  • Used workshop consumables or fluids

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • up to 10 working days for inspection and processing

  • additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Supplier Ordered & Special Order Items

Some products sold on our website are ordered specifically from UK or European distributors. Special order items may be subject to additional return restrictions or restocking fees where clearly stated on the product page.
